Account Suspension & Closure

Joya 9TV may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is proven.
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions.
• For account security purposes (suspected unauthorized access).
• At the member's own request (voluntary account closure).

The balance refund policy upon account closure may vary depending on the circumstances. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability
